To perform a reset with your BTD 800, please take the following steps
- Place the dongle into pairing mode (press the button once). LED should begin to flash alternately red and blue.
- Press the button twice in rapid succession ('double tap'). LED should now flash purple three times. These flashes are very quick and may be missed if attention is not paid.
- The dongle will now undergo a reset and all pairing history will be deleted. The device should then re-enter pairing mode.
Please note that once a factory reset has been performed, another cannot be done until the dongle has been paired again with at least one device.
