To perform a factory reset with the MB Pro, please take the following steps:
- Turn the headset off (hold the multifunction button for two seconds; this should be followed by the voice prompt ‘power off’ and the LED flashing red 3 times).
- Press and hold the multifunction button until the LED flashes alternately red and blue, indicating that the headset has been placed into pairing mode.
- Simultaneously press and hold the multifunction button and the volume toggle switch (inwards, not left or right) for 5 seconds until the LED flashes purple three 3 times.
- The headset should then return to pairing mode - the headset has been reset.
