The redialing function is only supported by Bluetooth devices with a “hands free profile” (HFP).

How to set default headset in 3CX web Client
- Log into 3CX Web Client
- Go to settings - Personalize – Audio/ Video
- Check if Sennheiser headset is selected as default in Speaker, Ringer and Microphone.
- Select Sennheiser from Use headset integration dropdown.
Siemens optiPoint with SDW Series
- On SDW Series we have special Optipoint Settings for the Siemens optiPoint acoustic adapter EHS/DHSG
This Adapter is used for:
optiPoint 600 office,
- optiPoint 500 advance/standard/basic,
- Octophon F
- optiPoint 420 advance/standard,
- optiPoint 410 advance/standard.
- DIP Settings:
- Optipoint DHSG has a different timer on the Interface as common DHSG for that reason it is necessary in that combination.
Gathering Logs / Traces of Unify Deskphones which can help troubleshooting Headset Issues:
